About This Service

Container Freight, Port to Inland

Drayage is the short-haul move that connects an ocean container to the rest of the supply chain — from a port terminal to a warehouse, rail ramp, or transload facility, and back the other way for exports. It's specialized work: chassis availability, demurrage timers, terminal appointments, and customs releases all need to line up.

We coordinate drayage at major U.S. ports and inland container yards, working with carriers who hold the right port credentials (TWIC, port-specific RFIDs) and know how to navigate terminal appointment systems. We handle 20', 40', and 40' high cube containers, both standard and refrigerated.

For shippers moving ocean freight inland, we also coordinate over-the-road dry van or flatbed for the longer leg after a container is transloaded. The result: one broker, one point of contact, full visibility from port to final destination.
