Active FMCSA Authority
Common or contract authority must be active and in good standing.
Valid Insurance Certificates
Cargo and liability coverage at our minimum required limits.
Satisfactory DOT Safety Rating
Conditional and unsatisfactory ratings are not accepted.
Carrier Packet on File
Signed W-9, COI naming DJ's Freight Broker, and signed broker-carrier agreement.
No Double Brokering, No Fraud
Zero tolerance. Confirmed double brokering ends the relationship immediately.
